Nault Supports Move To Modernize Parliament

The federal government says it’s going ahead with some of the changes it’s proposed for modernizing the way parliament does business.

The Liberals have been criticized for wanting to limit sittings to four days a week, taking Friday’s off.

But Kenora M.P. Bob Nault says they will continue to sit the same number of hours.

The federal government says it still wants the opposition parties to consult with their members to see if they want to see changes to when the House of Commons sits.
