Nault and Treaty 3

The war of words continues between Treaty 3 & Indian Affairs Minister Bob Nault.
The umbrella organization of 28 1st Nations has been working on self governance for the last 5 years but the Minister feels enough is enough.
Treaty 3 has an October 31st deadline to show that a majority of 1st Nations involved are still interested.
