A northwestern Ontario woman is the only aboringinal winner of a Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities award.
Mona Rose Morriseau of the Northern Community Development Services office in Fort Frances where she helps youth with employment opportunites.
Morrseau received the Minister’s Award of Excellence at a Toronto conference recently.
