NDP Climate Change Bill Defeated

Bruce Hyer’s climate change bill is dead in the water.
The Thunder Bay-Superior North MP blames what he calls Prime Minister Harper’s unelected Senate which voted it down this week.
The bill would have forced the Government to set targets for greenhouse gas emissions
Hyer hopes to re-introduce the bill sometime in the future.
