NDP Critic Not Happy With Winter Road Maintenance

Complaints about winter road maintenance of northern Ontario highways have reached Queen’s Park.
NDP critic Gilles Bisson told the legislature that the condition of many roads is atrocious, and that we will keep seeing accidents and road closures if something isn’t changed.
Bisson says what’s worst is that the government has privatized the patrolling of highways as to how salt trucks and plow trucks are dispatched.
