Federal NDP Leader Jack Layton is accusing the
Conservative Government of diverting money from the
Residential School Compensation fund.
Layton says the Harper Government used the money to pay
for the Youth Summer Jobs program.

several funds to pay for the Summer Job program.
Layton is meeting with the Grand Chief of Nishinawbe
