NDP Leader Calls for Help for North

All eyes will be on Parliament Hill Tuesday as the Conservative Government delivers its third Federal budget.
NDP Leader Jack Layton is demanding help for Northern communities who have been battered by the crisis in the forest and manufacturing industries.
Layton is also calling for a health care plan for remote aboriginal communities in the North.
He Layton adds hospital emergency rooms across the district are also in danger of closing because of the lack of health care dollars.
