NDP Leader Meets with Municipal Leaders

Community leaders from across Northern Ontario had a chance to voice
there concerns to the nation’s NDP Leader last Friday.
Forestry and economic concerns as well as the importance of the FedNor
program were among the issues presented to Jack Layton in Thunder Bay.
Dryden City Manager Arie Hoogenboom was on hand and says it was a
worthwhile meeting.
Hoogenboom says it’s there hope that Layton takes there concerns to
Parliament Hill and that he remembers them down the road.
