NDP Leader Not Impressed With Throne Speech

The Provincial Government’s Throne Speech is getting a failing grade
from NDP Leader Howard Hampton.
The Kenora-Rainy River MPP says it contained little substance and no
plan to tackle skyrocketing electricity rates.
He says there was no help for Northern Ontario in the speech.
Hampton says a pledge to cut wait times at hospitals
and hire more medical professionals may be the only glimmer of hope.
