NDP Leader on Talkback Friday Morning

Kenora-Rainy River MPP Howard Hampton is looking ahead to the
Provincial budget, which will be released in 2-weeks time.
Hampton says the Province saw a windfall in sales tax revenue last
year from automobile sales and he predicts that money will be used to buy
votes for up-coming by-elections.
Hampton says this Region is resource rich, so the North should be
able to prosper.
