The Provincial Government won’t be getting the support of at least one NDP MPP when it comes to the “Forestry Tenure Modernizatoin Act.”
Timmins James Bay MPP Gilles Bisson says the the act creates uncertainty in the forest industry and that’s not sitting well with stakeholders.
Bisson wants the Liberals to hold off on passing the legislation until after the fall election.
