NDP MP Offers Thoughts On Upcoming Budget

Thunder Bay-Rainy River MP John Rafferty isn’t expecting much good news for Canadians when the federal government releases its budget later today.
The NDP member says there’s word of possible changes to the funding given to provinces for skills development.
Rafferty is also anticipating more job losses and cuts to services impacting northern Ontario.
Federal Finance Minister Jim Flaherty is expected to shuffle spending priorities without adding any new money.
