NDP MP’s Touring Ring Of Fire

Thunder Bay-Rainy River MP John Rafferty will be touring key regions in the development of the Ring of Fire with members of the NDP’s mining caucus today.
Some of the communities being toured include Koper Lake and Fort Hope as well as a flight over both the north and south corridor of the Ring of Fire.
Rafferty says the tour will give them a chance to ask the “right questions”.
Rafferty notes transportation and energy needs must be front and centre for the development to move forward.
