Nelson Meekis

In loving memory of Nelson Meekis who passed away suddenly on Friday July 7, 2006 at the age of 20 years. Nelson was the loving father of Trenton, loving grandson of Alodie Meekis, and Morley Kakepetum, the beloved son of Barbara Kakepetum and Louis Meekis. Nelson will also be sadly missed by his brothers and sisters; Bradley, Lynn, Crystal, April, Stephanie, Cynthia and Christopher, all his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 12, 2006 at noon in the Red Lake Mennonite Church with Henry Hostetler officiating Interment will follow in the Woodland Cemetery.
