There will be a new face behind the Thunder Bay North Stars bench next season.
Rob Degagne has been named head coach, replacing Jeremy Adduono, who had his contract expire at the end of last season.
Degagne guided the Thunder Bay Major Midget Kings the past two seasons and led the team to a 47-19-2 record this past season.
The 52-year-old had a successful playing career in the Ontario Hockey League with North Bay and skated with the Peoria Rivermen of the International Hockey League.
Adduono compiled an overall record of 120-68-17 in four seasons with the North Stars and was named SIJHL Coach of the Year in 2014-2015.
