New Cars Being Tested in Dryden

You may have spotted a car that was completely wrapped in fabric scooting around the streets of Dryden late last week. In fact, there were at least three of the trim four-door hatchbacks, each wrapped in fabric covers designed to disguise them. As well as the black and patterned wraps, wheesl were missing manufacturer’s logos or identifying marks. A CKDR listener says he was told by one of the drivers that they were Hyundais. Another driver, when asked by one of our staff, declined to answer. The vehicles are believed to be 2016 or 2017 models that were in the area undergoing cold weather and winter road testing.
