The Dryden Regional Health Centre Board of Directors has a new Chair
for the first time in 4-years.
Kathy Bryck replaced Elva Watts at the Hospitals Annual General Meeting
last week.
Watts says the facility has made great progress during the years and
has become a leader in Northwestern Ontario.
She says she’s excited about the future because of the Hospitals
involvement with the new Family Health Team
Watts notes a number of challenges lie ahead, including reducing the waiting times for surgery.
Also at the AGM, the Hospital reported a surplus of over $1-million
for the 2004-2005 fiscal year.
