New Children’s Aid Society

The McGuinty Government has designated the Anishinaabe Child and Family Services outside Kenora as a Children’s
Aid Society.
Minister of Children and Youth Services Mary Anne Chambers says the
move mean’s the group will assume full responsibility of providing
well-being and protection services to area children.
The Agency will service five Treaty 3 First Nations and its members who
live off-reserve within the Kenora and Rainy River Districts.
