New Contract for Occassional Teachers

The Rainy River District School Board has ratified a new 4-year
contract with its occasional instructors.
The deal impacts 93-occasional elementary teachers from Atikokan to
Rainy River.
The contract includes a wage increase to the daily rate, which will be
$197 at the end of the 4-year agreement.
Both parties say they are pleased with the agreement.
