New Day for Amalgamated Agency on July 1st

A new name and logo.
That’s the only change you will see when Kenora-Patricia Child and Family Services and Family and Children’s Services of the District of Rainy River officially merges on Friday.
The new agency will be known as Kenora-Rainy River Districts Child and Family Services.
Executive Director Bill Leonard says there will be no change in the delivery of services and the public will call the same numbers and attend the same offices as before.
The amalgamation process was supposed to be completed at the beginning of April, but some financial issues held up the merger.
