New Deal for Lakehead Staff

Lakehead University and its teaching and graduate assistants in Thunder
Bay have reached a tentative deal.
The contract comes just days after the University’s final contract
offer was rejected.
The union representing 300-assistants stated increasing workload and
job security were the main issues.
Details of the tentative agreement have not been released.
