New Deal for Sioux Lookout Municipal Staff

The Town of Sioux Lookout and CUPE Local 2141 have ratified a new
4-year contract.
The deal impacts municipal workers and includes a new and improved sick
leave program and a 3% wage adjustment in each year of the contract.
CAO Merlin Dewing says both sides are pleased with the agreement.
The contract also includes minor enhancements to some benefits and
improved winter shift scheduling ability.
