New Dog Fits Right In

Dryden Ice Dogs fans got their first look at newly acquired forward Kevin Tomalty and he produced. Tomalty scored the first goal of the game and added an assist as the Ice Dogs blanked the Sioux Lookout Flyers 4-0 Wednesday night in Dryden. Kevin Burton notched a pair for the dogs while Jon Mitchell rounded out the scoring. Sonny Albert faced just 14 shots in the shutout. Dryden will now reload for another home game against the Fort Frances Jr. Sabres Friday night. The Sabres fell 3-2 to the Fort William North Stars in Thunder Bay and will play the Thunder Bay Bearcats before travelling to Dryden.
