There may be life for the old Red Rock mill site.
A memorandum of understanding has been signed between Riversedge Developments and the Port of Algoma Inc, who will help to develop a deep water port at the site on the shore of Lake Superior.
Red Rock Mayor Glen Nelson hopes this is the first step in developing a new wood pellet plant on the mill site and getting the pellets shipped to market. (Photo supplied)
