New Marina Rates

The Ontario Marina Operators Association and the Provincial
Government have struck a new 5-year deal for water lot rates.
Minister of Natural Resources David Ramsay says the agreement makes
rates standard across the Province.
Annual rental rates for Provincially-owned water lots will include a
fee of $150, plus a rental rate.
As well, the Ministry will no longer inspect and layout locations for
sites.
