The Northwest Metis Nation of Ontario showcased its new headquarters in
Dryden Thursday and all in attendance agreed the organization has renewed
energy.
Long Term Care Coordinator Don MacDonald says the 34B King Street
location is more spacious, with more available services.
A program concentrating on the health and development of young
children, an employment training initiative and tele-health are among the
new programs offered.
The Metis Nation is also offering a healthy babies-healthy children program.
