New OPP Com. Centre Open

The new OPP Communications Centre in Thunder Bay is officially open.
The Kenora operation has closed and employees have either retired,
transferred to Thunder Bay or accepted severance pay.
Northwest Region OPP Commanding Officer Mike Armstrong says the
transition is nearly complete, with local detachments switched over to the new system.
The East Detachments near Marathon still need to be connected to the
Thunder Bay Com. Centre.
