New Osnaburg First Nation will be welcoming Adam Beach
to their community this weekend.
The star of “Flags of our fathers” and “Windtalkers”
will be speaking to area youth during New Osnaburg’s
community healing celebrations.
First Nation Spokesperson Destiney Skunk says they’re
happy to be able to bring in a great role model for the
community.

Entertainment begins Friday and Saturday night at 8:00.
New Osnaburg Chief Connie Gray-McKay hopes to hold
similar celebrations for the community every three months.
