New Osnaburgh First Nation Man Arrested

Talk about being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
OPP in Sioux Lookout stopped to speak with a female hitchhiker when a man appeared.
Police attempted to arrest him after learning that he was previously released from police custody on certain conditions.
OPP say a short pursuit led officers into a parking lot where the man became aggressive.
The accused was finally controlled and arrested.
OPP say 25-year-old Brian Panacheese of New Osnaburgh First Nation faces counts of assault with intent to resist arrest, resisting arrest and 2-counts of failing to comply with an undertaking.
