New Power sources for Ontario

More steps are being taken toward the goal of mothballing Ontario’s coal-fired power plants including Atikokan & Thunder Bay.
Wind farms are being built in Sault Ste. Marie, Goderich & Port Burwell as part of a plan to create new clean energy sources.
Trenton & Marathon are getting water projects but nothing west of there has been announced to date.
All the projects are slated to open by the end of 2007 & could power as many as 100,000 Ontario homes.
