New Role for Howard Hampton

Former Kenora-Rainy River MPP Howard Hampton has joined the Toronto law firm Fasken Martineau.
Hampton, who chose not to run in this month’s provincial election, will be a member of the firm’s corporate social responsibility and aboriginal affairs groups.
The firm says Hampton’s work around the sustainable use of natural resources and understanding of the north will add significant value the practice.
The former Provincial NDP Leader starts his new job on Monday.
