New School in Pikangikum First Nation

A new school is in the works for Pikangikum First Nation.
Minister of Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development John Duncan, Chief Peter Quill and Kenora MP Greg Rickford made their second funding announcement today for a new school in the community.
The announcement of a new school in Fort Severn First Nation was the first school to be announced under the Economic Action Plan 2012.
Minister Duncan says there are continuous commitments made to improving infrastructure in First Nation Communities.
