The Sunset Trail Riders Association would like to see
the Provincial Government change Ontario’s trail permit
system.
President Ted Weiss would like to see trail permit fees
tied into vehicle registration.

Weiss notes a new system would lighten the load of
snowmobile clubs, since the burden would not be on them to
sell permits.
Kenora City Council will be discussing the idea tonight,
and hope to bring it up at the Good Roads Conference in
Toronto.
