New Trial Date in death of Daniel Beardy

The man charged in the death of Daniel Beardy will once again stand
trial early next year.
Corey Wesley is accused of Manslaughter in connection with a fight in
July of last year on the Fort William 1st Nation.
The case against Wesley began last week but a mistrial was declared
over alleged witness interfearence.
February 6th has been set as the date to begin again in Thunder Bay.
