No injuries following semi rollover

The were no injuries after a semi tractor trailor unit went into the ditch off the Kenora By-Pass.

The incident took place on Friday near Middle Lake Road.

The OPP say the truck was transporting wood chips when it went down an embankment.

Police along with the Pellatt United Fire department and Northwest EMS were called to the scene.

No other vehicles were involved, but the highway had to be shut down for a short period.

The driver, a 54 year old Winnipeg man has been charged with careless driving.
