No injuries reported in Oxdrift structure fire

Fire crews are responding to a large structure fire outside Oxdrift.

According to Oxdrift Fire Service, the fire is located near Highway 665 on Richan Road

Emergency crews were on scene as of late Sunday morning, with residents being asked to avoid the area to allow firefighters to work safely.

Fire Chief Kirk Bradley says there have been no reported injuries.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

No further details have been released about the structure involved or the extent of the damage.

Updates are expected as fire crews continue their work and more information becomes available.

Residents in the area are being reminded to stay clear of Highway 665 near the scene until emergency crews have completed their response.
