No LCBO Strike

The Liquor Control Board of Ontario has averted a strike by its unionized employees.
A marathon bargaining session with a conciliator has resulted in a tentative three year deal.
John Coones is Union President and says the package will be sent out next week, and he expects the deal to be ratified by the end of June.
The Union would have been in a legal strike position as of June 7th.
Improvements in job security and wages were included in the tentative deal.
