The Full-Day Early Learning Kindergarten program is a huge hit in the Keewatin-Patricia School District this year.
The Board has 3-classes with 68-students at Open Roads School in Dryden as well as 61-students in 3-classrooms at New Prospect.
33-kids make up 2-classrooms in Red Lake-Madsen.
86-students are enrolled in 4-classes at 3-schools in Kenora, while 6-students are taking advantage of full-day learning in Ignace.
The program also running in Savant Lake, Sioux Narrows, Upsala and Pickle Lake.
Next year, the Board says the program will be expanded in Red Lake-Madsen and added to Sioux Mountain school with a total of 2-classes in each facility.
