NOACC Wrap Up

Delegates from across Northwestern Ontario were in Marathon over the weekend for the annual General Meeting of the Associated Chambers of Commerce.
Jason Nesbitt of Schreiber is the new President of NOACC.
Nesbitt says the conference addressed several key issues that affect all Northerners.
Nesbitt says those in attendance had a chance to grill a Ministry of Finance representative over property taxes which have become a hot topic in the North.
He adds the regional Portal Project with Bell Canada and partners is finally coming to light after several years of work.
