Substitute teachers with the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board have voted 98 percent in favour of strike action to back their contract demands.
The occasional teachers are represented by the Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario, and union president, Emily Noble says the negotiations comes down to dollars and cents.

The substitute teachers have been without a contract for over a year now, and will go back to the bargaining table again on November 24th.
