NOMA President Says New Funding Formula Is Flawed

The President of the Northwestern Ontario Municipal Association is urging the provincial government to tweak its new $100-million infrastructure fund.
Dave Canfield says the way the funding formula has been rolled out doesn’t make any sense.
He says communities with smaller populations and fewer roads, are getting more money than larger municipalities.
