NOMA Talks Self Governance For NWO

The Northwestern Ontario Municipal Association is looking into self governance for the region.
President Dave Canfield says they want to take the idea to a think tank.
Canfield says they want the Northern Policy Institute to research the idea and provide ideas on how that might work.
He adds they want the region to have a say in decisions that are made for Northwestern Ontario.
