It is with great sadness, the family of Norma Potts wishes to announce her passing on Sunday, July 28th. Norma was born on July 5, 1933 in Harvey Station, New Brunswick to Blanche and Gordon Hughes. She graduated from the Victoria General Hospital Nursing Program in 1955 and married John Potts on April, 29, 1957. They moved to Dryden in 1958 and raised four children, Nancy (Curtis Murdick), Leslie (Peter Brown), Kathy (Jim Eaton) and Brian (Vitalia Vieira). She will be terribly missed by her husband, children and 7 grandchildren, Hope, Dennis and Morgan Murdick, Nathan and Lucas Brown, and Brianne and Emilie Potts.
She was predeceased by her parents, Gordon and Blanche Hughes, and is survived by her sister Nancy Stewart of Vancouver BC.
There will be a private celebration of her life by her family.
