The Norskies scored once in the first and added two third period goals in a 3-0 win over English River Saturday night in Cochenour.
One of the goals was an empty netter.
The Miners outshot Thief River Falls 32-27.
Michael Lennon suffered the loss.
The Norskies are in Dryden Sunday night for a showdown with the Ice Dogs.
