The Thunder Bay North Stars have extended their lead in the SIJHL standings.
Cochenour’s Cody Bruchkowski had a goal and assist to help the North Stars defeat the visiting Wisconsin Lumberjacks 8-0 Wednesday night.
Jordan Smith made 43-saves for the win.
The North Stars recorded 40-shots.
Thunder Bay is now eight points up on Red Lake for first place.
