The strength of the Liberal victory in Monday’s election means the Northern Ontario Liberal caucus can be resurrected.
The northern caucus died its own death after the previous election when the NDP and Conservatives dominated the northern ridings.
Thunder Bay-Rainy River’s Don Rusnak says the newly elected members held a conference call last night to get things started which was spearheaded by Kenora’s Bob Nault.
Rusnak says he was helpful in explaining what can be expected in the coming weeks.
