A mining project in the Atikokan area is being taken over.
Agnico Eagle Mines has reached a deal to acquire all of Canadian Malatric’s Canadian exploration assets.
This includes the Hammond Reef gold project, an advanced stage project covering more than 31,000 tousand hectares, just north of Atikokan
The cost of the deal is worth over $162-million US.
