Northern MP Calling For Changes To RRIF

Thunder Bay-Rainy River MP John Rafferty wants the federal government to stop forcing retirees to take money out of their Registered Retirement Income Funds.
The mandatory annual withdrawal has been in place for more than 20-years.
But Rafferty says seniors should be allowed to use the money when they want to.
Rafferty has introduced a motion asking government to revise the rules.
