Northwestern Ontario MP Reacts To Budget

Thunder Bay-Rainy River MP John Rafferty is less than impressed with the Speech from the Throne.
Rafferty says the speech failed to address issues here in the North including the Ring of Fire mining project.
The NDP member says it also had no plan to create new jobs.
Rafferty adds most of the promises made in the speech are dependent on a balanced budget.
He suggests the government won’t be able to balance the books.
