Environment Canada says Northwestern Ontario experienced
unusual amounts of rainfall in June.
Dryden’s rainfall exceeded the normal for period by 100
millimeters.
Climatologist Sandy Radecki says it was the wettest June
since 2002.

The normal amount of rainfall for Dryden in June is 105
millimeters. The community experienced 206 mm.
Sioux Lookout saw 141 millimeters, 44 millimeters over
the normal for the period.
Red Lake came in with 129 millimeters, 31.7 mm more than
normal.
